Some problems on Windows 10 Enterprise x64 pt-pt

So, I did a clean Windows 10 Enterprise x64 pt-pt install on the host and on a VM created by Hyper-V using an image created by NTLite and I'm having some problems.

I modified it because some problems were not caused by NTLite and were fixed by Windows updates and I had new problems. I already created threads dedicated to them.
 
Create another thread with the unresolved issues. I don't think anyone will respond more on this topic.
