Solved - Updates Downloader, empty link

8.1 U3 x64 KB3185319 - Internet Explorer 11 Security update. Tried to manually download with IE and FF, empty page.
windows8.1-kb3185319-v2-x64_6ce24a8b573ac6df70e942674b6afc8d26d7471b.msu Unreadable or unsupported file. Manually d/l with FF and files ok.
WSUS Offline is having problems too, some diked at redmond unplugged summat. See this post
