I think people purposely put it there, manually, by clicking on the column divider with the left mouse button, then holding it in and dragging the divider left or right to change the space allocated. I'm on W10 21H2 and there is no wasted space by default (link). I suppose it's possible that some other settings may affect this, such as DPI or other display options, but I've never heard of that being discussed until now. It may also be that this issue is only present until a graphics driver is installed, then it goes away.Is there any way to remove the wasted space in the task manager
