Win 19041.172 - Cryptographic Services often grabs CPU Load

Hi folks ,

does anybody got workload of ~ 10% by the cryptograpic services?
I used already the deleting reinstallation feature by NTLite .7407

XML Files are the same like in the DISM Thread:

Hi Guys :), it's just a test but maybe ist helpful for someone especially Nuhi. If the KB4535550 is installed and I want to cleanup with dism -resetbase (enabled via NTlite) the next restart will be the last. Bootin' stops at the turning circles. Does anybody get the same problem? Greetings...

I opend the online installation with .7407 and it seems cortana and co. were back again.
By the way the little boy in me came out and I killed a few things more.

Now the start menue is semi broken. If I try to open a folder in there it seems the explorer.exe does a restart.
Screen flashes shortly and around one second I see just the blue background color. Then everything ist back.

Maybe it's cause of Windows search but I thought this only appears search not the icons at startmenue?!
Any ideas?

BUT the cryptograpic services seems to be quiet .
