You don't. Build a W10 image, learn how to apply a W11 theme/icon installer to it (search in a different site). If that makes you happy, add the steps for running the theme/icon installer in unattended mode to the W10 post-setup.

There is no "integration" into the image because the way most theme/icon installers work is they do bad things to overwrite the system to work. Hope that's enough advice. We will pretend this conversation never happened when Clanger returns...
