Have you done some non-NTLite troubleshooting to help find where the issue is?
1) Install the official drivers, rather than ones that are modified from someone on a forum.
2) Don't integrate the drivers into the image, instead try to just manually install all of those drivers on that latest version of W11 at the desktop, live. This will test if the OS build is the problem. I noticed the date on a lot of those drivers is a few years old, so it's possible they just aren't compatible with this edition for some reason.
3) Keep in mind that 22H2 is still in testing, and isn't official yet. It could just need more time to mature still.
4) Try to do all of this with your internet disconnected, if you're on ethernet literally unplug the cable. It could just be hanging and taking forever at 10% because it's actually running Windows Update and downloading drivers and other updates ontop of the ones you wanted to install.
