No Windows 11 overlay for media hotkeys

And i also can't use media keys from keyboard, it is working when i clicked to related app. Fore example when i want to control music with media keys i need to click spotify, related music app. I tried enabling media features but no change.

I dont have controls on action center too

That didn't help still no input from Media Keys. I dont care about overlay but unable to use Media Shortcuts is big bummer.

Did i turned off any service related to Media? Because another apps can't access too

Definetly you are right, but my problem is more than that. I can't use media keys unless i click media related apps, somehow this problem causes no media overlay (even on action center).

You have set many changes.
Have you tried to set back some features like Media Playblack (is in the autosaved preset)?
If that doesn't work, try setting back the other 2 options related to Windows Media Player.

Re-enabling in optional features didn't help.
