Windows 7 Ultimate Signature Edition x86 -> Win7 Final Edition ISO

I was literally one of the first people to have a published release copy of Windows 7. I'm trying to use NTLite to integrate all the release patches (KBs) into my image. I've started with the 32bit version, and I am installing it on VirtualBox for testing purposes. I've also integrated Intel-USB3.0 drivers.
After I install from the iso, windows update says I am missing 15 updates.
5 are telemetry, which I didn't integrate. (What harm is there in integrating them though? Can anyone tell me?)
1 is a preview update in optional updates. (How do I get rid of that?)
2 are Edge updates. (Why are they even showing up? I didn't install edge.)
1 is the EOL notice.
NTLite most are already integrated.

My main question is, is it possible to have a clean 'windows update' screen using NTLite immediately upon finishing installing Windows, and if so, how do I accomplish that?

This is the full list of updates that are saying they need installed with a fresh install.

There's some contradictions here, if your final goal is to have a freshly installed W7 image pass the "WU test".

Normally most users avoid the Telemetry KB's. Their original purpose was to collect profile data to determine which older PC's were eligible for W10 upgrades at the time, and the reasons why they weren't. The W10 upgrade offer has expired, so the original motivation for these KB's are now moot whether you agree to telemetry or not.

Dec 2019 CU was the last official Monthly Update for pre-ESU W7. There was an embarrassing glitch with "black wallpapers", and it was fixed in a hotfix KB. To save face, MS rolled out the Jan 2020 "Preview" CU which integrated the wallpaper fix into Dec 2019. Jan 2020 is eligible for installation any on W7 PC (despite being released after the "final" W7 CU).

Functionally the two are the same, except for the one bug fix.

There's no such thing as W7 "Edge" updates, they're clearly marked as IE11. IE11 is obviously deprecated, and will nag you to update to Edge since there's so many legacy security issues running an outdated browser engine. Edge 109 was the last supported build for W7, and can be installed side-by-side.

The W7 EOL KB is there for completeness. Again the W10 upgrade offer has passed, you can choose to disable the nag message by removing the component after it's been integrated.

- If you don't integrate the Telemetry and EOL KB's, they will always be reported by WU as pending. Just learn to accept it.
- It's your decision whether to keep Dec 2019 and add the wallpaper hotfix, or simply integrate Jan 2020.

To avoid the IE11 KB reminders, install the missing IE11 updates regardless of whether you intend to use IE11. Again, if your goal appears to be passing the "WU test".

The two:
KB4567409_Edge Update
KB5001027_Edge Update
clearly say "Edge" in the windows update screen. That is why I was confused by them.
I fixed 3 of the updates since posting the first message:
kb4539601_2020-01 Preview of Monthly Quality Rollup
kb3185319_IE11 Cumulative Security Update
kb2894844_Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1

Below is a screen shot of what I am getting now.
KB4493132 is a new one, that wasn't there on last install, but it appears to be the same as KB4524752 (EOL notice)

So my question restated is, are all these updates going to keep showing up regardless as to whether I integrate them all?
If not, how do I get them to disappear? (Aside from the 5 telemetry ones which I know are showing up because I didn't integrate them purposfully.)

Do I need to run the 5 non-telemetry updates post install, because they don't actually integrate correctly?
