User passwords in the unattended file are Base64 encoded. They're not considered very secure, and the reason why we always ask you to remove them from any NTLite preset or unattended file posted here.

Find the password line in the preset or unattended file, and paste it in the Decode box. Ignore the UTF-8 padding between every other character.
