Sorry, yes it is. In both of these examples one of the "partitions" is both a ramdrive AND the Win TMP folder.

I reported this using an earlier ver but it's still in 1.6.0.6146: When setting temp folders if they have the same name NTL appears to think they're the same location even though they're on different partitions.

@ Clanger RE: your recommendation of a "Windows Services Manager" you might want to look at this full-featured replacement for M$'s script kiddie-built MMC "snapins". It's not perfect (i'd like to lose the annoying tooltip) but you can drag & drop the column headers and the other, non-services...

OK, I used your updates list with no additions or subtractions on my last completed W7 64 Pro build. There were no "reds" in the list on the update page and the integration didn't throw any errors. But IE11 didn't install. Under components I did remove IE8 - I don't know it that might have any...

I just used your updates files to replace the mess I had. 224 updates as opposed to 509 ! (don't ask) Saved me 1/2 hr of build time and who knows how many headaches after install. From having done similar projects I can tell that it took you a ton of time to do this. So thank you, thank you...
