Since NUHI has possibly no time to look about this issue I have a Workaround. Simply Use NTlite 2.1.28074 boost its permissions with powerrun and it works like a charm

Brand new Preset Coming from W10 Pro 19043.1288 Iso prepaired with NTlite 2.3.1.8454 X64 Install KB 5007186 on client System = 19043.1348 Starting Removing proccess : prepairing Files then Program closes no Error message
