I did some test and reversed my services to default and with the stuff removed it works, so its just one of these services im disabling and im kinda being lazy right now, take a gander and see if you can spot the offending service

Next issue comes from ntlites gaming template, none of these icons work in quick access, one sec ill test if its my services script, it is a service im disabling, so no worries

its not the msi that has an issue, its losing ability to install programs, like ds4 and classicshell, after removing items, ive not edited the registry at all, and if i do its currently in here, my toolbox, rest assure im not doing any services or stuff like that as these items are in limbo...

this is the bufferbloat tweak for windows to reduce the default 200ms delay, you can test this your self on og fresh windows install, set to normal run bufferbloat test, 0.200 - 0.500ms and D rating, with tweak you reduce to 0ms or as low as it can go and get A rating, with isp provided router...
