When I'm running the ntlite app, I'm usually running it from my source Asus machine. When I run the 'driver updater' section, I assume it downloads all the updates based on the machine I'm running it from.
I'm not sure how to remedy that issue.
I created my custom iso using the settings in the attached file.
Install went well, was fast.
But when it came time for first boot, it throws the BSOD referencing acpi.sys?
I googled and googled. hardware? virus? driver?
unsure what happened.
When I did a clean install using Win11...
Yup. Still getting the same error. I've been trying different things all day now... not sure what has changed in rufus or ntlite.... where this is no longer working...
Did not. It's because I'm not sure what "disk layout" is refering to. I see "configure disk". But unsure if I need to change anything there. or leave as is. I've used the tool before and never had to change or mess with anything there. Maybe Rufus has something else I have configured incorrectly?
So is that under 'configure disk?' in the unattended section?
The screenshot shows my current setting.
Do I need to put a checkmark in the "copy to boot image"?
So in Rufus, I selected MBR instead of GPT and it finally saw the USB drive.
So it goes through the installation process, I get 3 green checkmarks, downloads all files, installs, suddenly I get the message: Windows cannot update the computer's boot configuration. Installation cannot proceed...

for some reason, everytime I create a new image (iso file), I can't get my desktop to boot from it. I've tested other drives with windows and no problem. But the one I created from NtLite just wont boot.
I've used Rufus and BalenaEtcher to create the USB file. But Balena says the iso is...
Yeah, I gonna have to spend some time really digging around. I used one set of tweaks to get rid of the power saving feature and disable the sleep mode that Windows always creates. I don't like that feature.
I think I may have but only by mistake. So I'll start from scratch again and try to work my way through the process again until I reach my ultimate install.
This was an educational moment for me.
I didn't know I was given a certain allotment of posts. My reasons to post: to get a question answered, get some guidance, and perhaps help others with their experience. I do threads in hopes to share and exchange with the community. And hopefully it will...
 I'm really finding it hard to understand your hostility toward me. Did I cut you off in traffic or something?
You mentioned presets and I explained which preset I used.
The tweaks were things like 'aligning icons toward the left' on the taskbar. and frankly can't remember which other...
The only tweaks I used are 2 registry from the Guide here: NtLite Guide (Hellbovine's)
Specifically, it's
6B) "Registry files", select "Reg_1_Power".
6C) "Registry files", select "Reg_2_Security".
These tweaks are strictly modifying the hibernation and power scheme settings. I use them as...
