When removing components is it also necessary to remove them from the boot.wim (Setup image) using Process>Reapply>Remove... ? If NOT what's the actual use case for doing such action? thx

I think Forza Horizon 5 has a similar issue for it's screen reader accessibility built-in feature. It will display annoying error but you CAN play it without further problems. I'll test if the error will go away for sure if I keep the basic module ;)

nuhi OK it was a false report. On the machine it just took longer, a lot. It's and old NTB. On the virtual: I didn't configure it - I forgot - it was running on just one CPU core - so it was painfully slow and it doesn't even fall under the minimum requirements as well I guess.

I didn't bother any further than trying to fake the registry values for WMP install which did not help. So I kept the WMP in the system. :-/

It's retarded from R* to lock the game launch behind usage of WMP. Which is probably only used in their Social Club. I've tried everything but to no success. Tried also faking registry values, I don't know from where else the Launcher detect that WMP is or is not installed.
