"Setup has failed to initialize the working directory"
I am working from the latest Win10 x64 Enterprise VLC ISO from MS (SW_DVD9_Win_Pro_10_1709.1_64BIT_English_Pro_Ent_EDU_N_MLF_X21-67518). Lync.exe error after removing Skype apps
When trying to start up Skype for Business (Office 2016), I get a system error "Lync.exe - System Error: The code execution cannot proceed because elscore.dll was not found.
