Seems you already have a mounted image open. From Source page in NTLITE you can rightclick and unload mounted image(s), say yes without saving to keep the .wim file intact. Still having problems it might be the Windows image be corrupted you try to strip. You can get a new untouched Windows ISO from MCT or uupdump if latter is the case.
