I created an installation image for 2019 LTSC following your guide to get a 700MB image. I then realized I kicked out VPN and so I readded VPN using host update feature on live installation.
Now VPN is working but VPN setting is missing in Immersive (Metro) Control Panel.
Do you know where or how the settings in Immersive Control Panel are enabled/disabled?
