You can save multiple presets, and keep your Post-Setup commands in a separate file.
1. Load image. Add Post-Setup commands, and Save As this preset.
2. Load image, and load your normal preset. Now right-menu select the Post-Setup preset -> Load.
3. When NTLite asks if you want to Overwrite or Append? Choose Append to add the Post-Setup preset to your current session.
4. Apply the changes.
Now you can make different base presets, but have the same Post-Setup commands ready to append. You can "stack" as many presets in a session as you want. Overwrite replaces any setting that overlaps in the two presets, and Append only adds any setting that didn't already exist.
Using this trick, you can delete those lines you don't need without worrying about recovering deleted lines.
