Add previously removed components back into the image

Hello,

is there a way to add any previously removed components etc. back into the image with NTLite?
I dont have an actual case/problem - i was just thinking about whats possible if we removed something which later turns out to be a problem.

No, you can't really restore previously removed components back into an offline image.

The normal process is you always start with the same base image, and apply your last saved preset to recreate that image. If you find a later problem with removals, you start over with a clean copy of the base image. Fix your preset, and create a new image.

If you have a licensed copy of NTLite, you can perform a Host Refresh which is basically a repair install on a live system. The reason this works is because Host Refresh requires a clean copy of the image to find the missing components to reinstall. But that doesn't work for offline images, which haven't been installed yet on a live system.
