This is useful for the Portable version for the most part. Support for updates to be "in NTLite folder", so that the folder can change places without losing track of updates.
Right now, if I set Updates in NTLite Portable folder, it knows where they are as long as the path stays the same, if the USB changes from a D:\ to F:\, NTLite can't find them.
Similarly to how Windows has, %Appdata% %Username% always lead to the same place, regardless of a computers username.
