Audio icon missing on W10 1803

When creating a fully stripped version of 1803 I found that the audio icon is missing even though it is enabled in the windows settings. Is there something I disabled in components or settings that caused this? It turns out that all icons are missing. Windows show up but only the clock works

As a first point, please update your NTLite to latest version, you are using old build.

And as second point, try same preset with enabled Recommended compatibility, as this can solve your problem.

I have updated NTLite and am going to enable more things to see if that fixes it

And....... did it fix your problem?!

Another thing that might cause it, if you use the reg key from 10 forums to change the speaker button to the old style....then that will also cause a missing speaker icon.
