Audit mode WIM failing to boot

I created a WIM file for Windows 10 21H2 that WORKS just fine if i create an ISO and install it and if I create an OOBE that works fine too. However if I create it with Audit Mode enabled and download it to the system using DISM, BCDBoot and Diskpart-Active, it fails to boot with the system saying there is no OS detected. I've tried booting to the HDD in boot menu, verified the files at least EXIST on the drive, but I cannot get it to boot. I'm trying to do a proof-of-concept to have my employer purchase licenses for the techs but I'm getting stuck on this particular issue.

Has anyone encountered this and gotten past it? Thanks!!

have you tried winntsetup from msfn . pl give it a try & then see if it works properly.
or
theres a script tool to deploy install wim directly to a system by mdl user murphy HERE | user have to just use his script which copy some files to boot wim 2nd index ie setup part of wim & at setup installation first prompt press shift plus f10 then type menu in console & there user goes :)
