Automate adding a file upon first user log-on

Is it possible to have NTLite add a file to the user's account at a given place (folder) only once the user has logged on for the first time, instead of the image already containing that file to begin with?
 
All users are created from the Default user after install, thus the file would need to be on the image inside that one, and all new users would get it.
Alternatively use Post-setup - User box, and add self-extracting archive to execute on logon.
 
Or copied to Default user's Desktop folder in Post-Setup (Machine) before anyone logs on.
