BitLocker component preservation

I think BitLocker + TPM should haven their own component preservation listing and be part of Recommended components. Leaving just the BitLocker component removes BitLocker from Control Panel, making it impossible to use without PowerShell commands.

A bit offtopic, but Network Sharing UI should also part of Recommended components because removing it requires creation of special shortcut to access common network adapter settings.

Generally, if removing some component "X" gets rid of access via GUI to some component "Y", then component "X" should be listed as Recmmended.

A bit off-topic, but removal of ReAgent.xml file from Recovery directory produces BitLocker errors.

Recovery Agent (ReAgent) and TPM is locked by Recommended but free to remove Bitlocker.
Network & Sharing Center is locked by Network discovery.
