Bluetooth Pairing issues

Hello.
I am trying to find what components are needed to make bluetooth actually working but with no luck. I am selecting bluetooth so the preset I use (lite) won`t affect this. So the scenario is, I switch bluetooth on in windows and search for devices but no devices were found. The headphones I try to connect were in pairing mode but they nor other devices were found. Interesting this is that mouse I use is also bluetooth device and works even without selecting bluetooth in compatibility tab. Just to be sure that bluetooth dongle I use is working I installed windows 10 without any tweaks and works as it should. So there are some components that are needed for it to work. Cans anyone help? Thanks :)

I use Bt 5.0 dongle which is plug and play so no drivers are needed. In devices menu there are no ! signs or anything
All devices like BT dongles need a driver to run properly. otherwise it would come up as 'unknown device' or 'device not found' .

As a golden rule, and please feel free to correct me if i'm wrong but from what i know, PnP requires support from device hardware, system software, and drivers.

Yes I understand you, but in my case when I attach the dongle shows no problems in devices menu. Like I said I tried the dongle on untouched iso and it works flawlessly.
Now the problem is even when I select Bluetooth in compatibility tab, when searching for devices in pairing mode, my pc can't find any devices. Again not an issue with untouched iso. Probably some other components need to be selected to work as it should but I don't know which are they. I use Lite preset in Ntlite.

we're going to be going around in circles here. we are trying to help you.

a clean untouched ISO will automatically do it ( as a rule and with probably driver download ) , but without knowing what you have done, it leaves us in the dark about what it could be. For all we could know, going by your first post, it could be anything from a 'tweak' you have added, to not knowingly removing or disabling something that you shouldn't have.

Without the preset ( login details, password and serial number removed ) , it makes it extremely hard to help you. so until better information apart from ' nothing special being removed or disabled', then nobody is really going to be able to help much. we'll all be guessing and it will be pointless.

Actually Windows requires a bluetooth driver to be installed. At least my Realtek Bluetooth needs it and can be downloaded here.

However, I have experienced that there were interferences between dongles and devices in the 2.4GHz frequency range that makes the Bluetooth not detecting devices. My experience involved the Creative BT-W4 dongle and my on-board Realtek Bluetooth. If I disconnect the BT-W4, everything works flawlessly. The moment I connect the BT-W4, the Bluetooth headphone and XBox controller disconnects and are disappeared.

My only solution was not to use the BT-W4.

I fixed the problem by using stock windows that automatically download bt driver and use that same driver to create my iso. My issue was that I disabled the option windows to automatically install drivers.
I hope this helps others too! Thank you :)
