built-in Administrator account

What changes if you select this option: built-in Administrator account? Would you have more access to system files within Windows?

I want to have more possible access to the system files.

Users in the Administrators group have the same rights as Administrator, except they must use UAC to get them.
Running Administrator as a logon account is considered harmful for security, since every command runs unchecked for permissions.

But it's your choice to enable it.

To add:
There is always the "Administrator" account in Windows, it's just disabled by default.
This option re-enables it and decorates with the name and password of your choice.
