Can You Slipstream a Windows 10 ISO from a Windows 7 PC?

Hi,

I downloaded a Windows 10 Pro ISO towards slipstreaming, as I will be doing an upgrade on a refurbed PC; however, I must currently do this from my Windows 7 Pro 64 installation. Is this even possible, or must I first do a normal Windows 10 on my refurb, then slipstream from that install?

Tool will warn in that case, you're welcome to retry as Microsoft keeps on changing/fixing things.
For example, configuring Win10 image from Win7 host, changing Hyper-V feature state and integrating Win10 updates was known to fail.

Note that you can always install a virtual machine, like VMWare Player and use from it, then deploy final ISO wherever.
