Cannot start service W3SVC error

I'd first start by trying to troubleshoot Windows. Have you tried the various Google solutions, and how did those turn out?

If there's a problem during these steps, then we can turn to look at NTLite. Another thing to consider before that though, does this issue exist on a default Windows install without using NTLite?
