Hi, I have a problem that capframe does not detect my game, I have heard of Event Tracing (ETW) but I did not delete it and it keeps happening.

OK, used the new preset on 1803, installed, works, then rebooted and retested 10 times.

Now, to catch this pokemon:
- only thing other than preset that I did was installing old DirectX runtime as the game needs it, and VMWare Tools of course (used NTLite - Post-setup - Add - Template - VMWare Tools, if you have VMWare installed it is enabled)
- did you test the same environment on a full 1803 to be certain it's the edits, same reboot method?
- which game are you testing with in VMWare?

Thanks.
Well, I've been trying different things.

I made 4 different ISOs. The first one was with the preset that I gave you before, it turns out that the problem why it didn't detect the game was because I didn't install DirectX (the game I was testing doesn't need it so it didn't install it).
The other 2 ISOs what I did was to remove fonts and WinSxS, it seemed strange to me that this caused the problem. Even so, it was still working.

Now, in the last ISO; what I did was to apply a preset that I use for all Windows configurations, and that's when CapFrameX stopped working, that is, it is some configuration.
I attach the preset so you can take a look at it.

I tested if it worked on Windows 10 1803 Default and yes, it works.
The game I use to test things is called "eggnogg+".

According to the tests I did, some configuration causes CapFrameX to stop working.

I have been testing and the problem is in Settings, in one of the "AutoLogger Tracing" options.
I left those options by default and now it works even removing part of the Diagnostic component.
