Custom ISO is stuck at "Nearly done! We are only taking care of things" window

so combining your answer and below garlins, does that mean I need:
* Recommended
* Windows Activation
* OOBE
* microsoftwindows.client.cbs

so ALL of them?
In most cases, it pays to follow the Compatibility recommendations, as the blocked components protect enough for WU to work and a Host-Refresh does not have to be done every month.
I myself have 875 removals in NTL on W11 - so it must be super extreme - and still working fine Not using Recommended myself, as it overwrote Scanner, which is not needed if scanning with a PDF program.

Try check Compatilbility tab in upper left corner of NTL on Components page.

I tried to do what u said BUT I like removing MS Account and 1-2 other useless components who are bound by "Recommend " and "Activation"
That's why Garlin suggested only to keep one component out of many protected.
But as said in former post uncheck Recommended and see if it works for you on few components you want to remove.

does your .iso with 875 removals work? If so, would you mind sharing ^^

I have unchecked: "Recommended, activation AND OOBE" cause all of them have stuff in which i dont need but i have let actually the crucial parts in :/

The common mistake is trying too many removals (794) at once. Some removals might work by themselves, but they fail if other dependencies are removed at the same time. It's nearly impossible to predict which combinations will fail together.

View this as a marathon race, and not a 100-meter sprint.

Take your intended list of removals, and add them to an image in managed batches (sets). Every time you test a batch, and then add more removals in the next set. Keep repeating until you break something. You know the problem started in the last set of changes.

No one, other than yourself, is motivated to solve this big of problem. Do it patiently.

Okay, will do thank you, but I do wonder, is this okay here or does it need to have all 3 checked, have a look:

Those two components should be safe to remove.
okay, I have added more stuff back to the .iso, now 2 issues are gone:

1) The "we encounter a problem which may be fixed by an update.."
2) stuck at "Nearly done! We are only taking care of things" window

now the last one I think is, i reach the windows hello setup (i let it inside the .iso for now) and I reach the point where windows asks you if u wanna let certain telemetry stuff on or off and when i say "off" to all of them, sadly then it begins the entire windows-hello setup a new, I have most "System/System Apps/Drivers" on again, nearly 95%, so i am not quite sure what this is, if anyone knows maybe why it is stuck at looping the hello-setup, pls let me know.

I remove Hello so my guess is to disable (or leave default if Enabled is chosed?):
Settings/ System/ Require Windows Hello sign-in for MS accounts

I did that, sadly it does not change anything sadly, it loops after I entered all these "no" to the security related questions from windows. :/

In your latest preset it's set to default, try disabled.
If still not working try ad the unattended as Garlin proposed in post #9 supplied with:
Out-of-box-experience
Skip EULA
Skip online account setup (MS Account) - you can change that later if needed.
Skip wireless setup
Skip "Get going fast" page (privacy options) - you probably already set those by removing Telemetry and corrected Settings.
