Given that NTLite can remove all, but the most mandatory AppX packages, including App Readiness, wouldn't it make sense to either include a tweak or automatically de-couple the AppX service? I think when removing App Readiness, the service entry disappears, but the issue is that without that service running, Start Menu requires 2 launches to work. First time launching shows inaccessible "greyed-out" entries. Second time pressing makes them available. So I think it either makes sense to include a tweak that prevents dependence of App Readiness and AppX Service or just leaving AppX service in-tact regardless of what gets removed.
