Error 0x80073701 when I update Win 1809 LTSC (KB4509479)

I can't install KB4509479 on my 1809 machine either. Doesn't give me any particular error, just says "it's not installed" after a couple of seconds. I download updates manually from catalog and run em.

There can be million things, I don't see any presets in this topic to actually comment.

Tomorrow will be a new release with fixes around cumulative updates, so please wait then use host refresh to update.
 
Manually installed 4509479 msu(from catalogue page) on LTSC en-gb, no problem.

Heres the full filename of the update i got, windows10.0-kb4509479-x64_801a7e1cc7fc4a9ba3ca87aea28d97de305660b3.msu.
Download a new copy of the file and try again, yours could be corrupted. On my default en-gb install with no tweaks etc it installs so its either a problem with your language(a very slim chance) or you have done something to yours, has your install already been through ntlite or have you applied any tweaks etc, or did you modify the iso with another removals tool?
