I use NTLite to remove 64-bit Windows WinSxS, but I use 32-bit installation disc to install will display "Setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file", the 64-bit installation disc doesn't have this problem.
On the contrary, using NTLite to remove 32-bit Windows WinSxS, using 64-bit installation disc to install will display "Setup cannot continue due to a corrupted installation file", the 32-bit installation disc doesn't have this problem.
I use the third party installation tool like WinNTSetup in Windows Pre-installation environment, there will be no error.
Windows 7, 8, 8.1 ,10 all these will have the same problem.
Whether keep some additional files in the compatibility options?
