Any idea?

Yes the date and online sync with time.windows.com was working correctly.
Is a problem with services.

As this is a Windows questions, not actually related to the tool, I would suggest either searching online or simply in a VM enable half, then half of half... until you find what it is.
Should be fast enough with REG files.

I thinked that myslef but not the wiser plan, i thinked you would know better the work of every service.

Yeah, makes sense, I would reply it if I had the info at hand. But I'm always removing, not disabling the leftover services.
And removing mostly detaches the service a bit better, so sometimes those two actions are different even for those that are removable.

Make sure to let us know when you find out.

Some services are specific so disable them is okay but remove the shared file or important file is not okay....

This is the common issue and the worst thing about this error code is that users don’t even have any idea why they are seeing DLG_FLAGS_INVALID_CA error code. I have faced the same issue when I updated my SSL certificate. One of my friends gives a link, where a find out the solution of the error code. If you want you can check the link: https://geekermag.com/error-code-dlg_flags_invalid_ca/. The information on this page is really useful. The page has the full explanation of the error and solution to troubleshoot the issue.

This error was solved in my preset like this
c) Caused by the tweak "Automatic update of the root certificate trust list", you can enable it after the setup to "fix", kinda expected from the setting title.

Today i re-had the problem, secpol.msc > ***** Public Key > ******* path > enable in the Network tab
Done
