Error on Reuse Driver Cache

i use "Win 10 Compact Offline" and then "Win 10 MyPC Offline" to create offline image.
after installing windows, drivers, apps i use "Win 10 MyPC Online" to finalize and it always error on reusing driver cache.
i tried only reusing driver cache after and it will error one more time and then succeed.

When you made the first two presets ("Offline"), Driver Cache was disabled and so the cache was never populated.
The last preset ("Online"), you enabled the cache but it was empty the first time you used it.
What I'm thinking is NTLite shouldn't complain if it finds an empty cache. That's why it works the second time you run "Online" preset.

which part disabled the cache ?
the error is saying can't create the file because it exist not because doesn't exist or folder is empty.
also this is a new behavior since the last few month so maybe it's a bug ?!
