Every time the computer is turned on, it will automatically restart 4 to 5 times. Before entering the desktop, it will show that windows is cleaning 0%
 
If it's related to NTLite modifications, preset demonstrating that please.
Also make sure you didn't disable crucial services and if I need to do updating or anything special after to trigger the issue.
