Few problems with folder sorting/refresh rate/rundll32/dump files

Hello
Could someone please take a look at my preset and see if theres something removed causing:
-Folder sorting not saving(e.g by date)
-rundll32 hangs at the task manager after thumb drive ejection
-refresh rate tab on display adapter properties is gone
-Windows not creating dump file on bsod

Some suggestions:
Check Compatibility: Recommended – there’s some options you’ve unchecked, which normally get locked from removal.
And in Settings/ Privacy you’ve set ShellBags to Disabled – try default.
Not sure this will help on the missing dump file!?!
