File Explorer has to be refreshed for deleted files and folders to disappear

File Explorer has to be refreshed for deleted files and folders to disappear as well as for newly connected USB devices to show up on the left panel and for removed ones to disappear from it. If I try to delete already deleted files and folders (which for some reason still show up on File Explorer like I told), Windows states they were already deleted and I have an error message.

I used a 19041.1 Enterprise x64 pt-pt image.

Honestly, I'm not sure if this is caused by NTLite and/or Winaero Tweaker and/or W10Privacy or if it's a Windows bug but I don't remember having it after using an untouched image to install Windows.

100% It's related to some tweaking.
Couse when I use untouched iso this never happens.
When I use tweakes iso sometimes happens. When I install a non-tweaked Windows everything is okay. Then I start tweaking and after 1-2 hour of tweaking I just realised the problem is back. Im so unlucky I never found what couse this!

So, do you think it might by caused by NTLite?
 
i do same tweaks for years, but still after using 7-8 months my system, sometimes this problem happens. sometimes don't. i experience it when i install and uninstall stuff many times. so i don't think its about my tweaks. after fresh install and same tweaks problem doesn't happen for a long time. maybe lasts to the next fresh install.

Try to find it in control panel/explorer. Or maybe something cache related? Maybe a service. IDK sadly

After using a custom image created by NTLite, I use Winaero Tweaker and Win10Privacy. Maybe one or both the latter are causing this or maybe it's a combination of two or even all three of them.

And that might be caused by one, two or even all three of the mentioned programs.
