How do I create a custom OOBE screen for selecting custom third party programs?

how do i get this program for windows 10? in the screen shot? and while the oobe setup phase it will have a custom music track ive created to play in the backround with a custom oobe user interface, i want to change the look of the buttons and the fourm pages fields on where you setup everything and the desgine language configuaertion. also how can i go about creating a custom program for over ridding the windows 10 login screen to look like something else?

hello, im trying to create a custom oobe setup experince for my custom windows 11 instlation. i want to bypass the microsoft account acitvation to. what programs or scripts will run at start up before the oobe setups and run a completely different installer?

You've asked the same question on ElevenForum. This is a XP-era WinPE launcher which replaces Setup.exe, and kicks off install from a script or app which does the work. This is still possible today if you customize WinPE with your own wrapper.

IT pros who work for large enterprises do this all the time with custom scripting (look around on SCCM forums).

This is NTLite forum, so you're not getting any help on reskinning W10/11 to look like W7. There are other sites for that.
And I doubt you're using NTLite anyway.
