How to install feature updates to Win 10

Hi,
Windows images are designed such that version upgrades are only possible in these combinations:
1903 (build 18362) ->1909 (build 18363)
2004 (build 19041) ->2009 (build 19042) -> 21H1 (build 19043) -> 21H2 (19044)
This is how Microsoft made it, the entire image package structure is different in that base image build jump from any other version to a newer one.
The 1803->1909 is not possible with updates as they have different base version, what you need to do is get the 1909 ISO.
Latest ISO can be downloaded from Microsoft here for end users, if you have MSDN you can get any of course.
As for 1909, try UUP dump.
