By the way not on a licensed copy....however that poor cpu running at .91(just teasing you)

Isn't it that windows tried to use whatever ram it has. So if it is lower is tried to use lower. I had a laptop that has very little and the os used very little. Didn't run well though.

I find for the os to be usable in 10 or 11; ram usage should be at 1.2-1.3 when probably cleaned out
 
Yes the point of any reduced windows is to actually use less when there is a lot of resources available.
 
NTLite sitting at idle, isn't the same level of achievement as while processing an image. Your tiny 512MB OS will page itself to death.
