Incorrect locale in autounattend.xml

I'm working with the following image:
en-us_windows_10_business_editions_version_22h2_updated_march_2023_x64_dvd_94a1087a.iso
8018b7293f20ae52f6af00511b51691482cd83125bb966d48d5db243ad5b9867

In Unattended I'm trying to set InputLocale to Polish (Programmers). According to https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/w...es-for-windows-language-packs?view=windows-10 the value should be 0415:00000415.
NTLite is setting it to 007f:00000415, though.
Furthermore, if I set UserLocale to English (Europe), the InputLocale will also be affected, and change to 1000:00000415.

This might be a NTLite bug, Locale 007f has been reported in another thread.
