Is it possible to remove Edge from Win11 with NTLite and bring back IE11 instead?

There's no more IE11 in Win 11. Edge always had IE11 compatibility mode to handle this function; if you remove Edge then browsing support for older websites is completely lost.
Edge Webview is the separate IE11 rendering engine for apps or tools which need the XML support. That can stay even if Edge is removed.
NTLite will remove Edge and its components, but there's no IE11 to bring back. You have to decide which is more important.
