KB4577063 included but downloaded again by Windows Update after deployment

Hello,
I make a win image of Win 10 Pro in which I include the Updates and I deploy the wim with dism.
During the creation of the wim all updates are well integrated into the image without errors.
After the deployment with the first Windows update the KB4577063 is downloaded and installed again.
This wastes a lot of time. What needs to be done to ensure that the KB is correctly integrated into the image and recognised after deployment?
Thanks.

Perhaps my experience with a similar problem can provide some insight. The difference is that your update is a preview. I don't bother installing those, but maybe it's still the same situation that's causing this to happen for you.

Thank you for your feedback.
If I understand correctly, I need to reapply the LCU (preview in my case) after applying the NTLite presets.
Can this be done before finalizing the image?
If so, how can it be done?
If not, how can it be applied after the command line deployment?

No, that's not quite right. Nuhi fixed that so that NTLite will do the order correctly. What I was thinking was that it could be a language thing. Did you set your (keyboard) language to have anything else other than the language of the base windows image? Windows has a task in task scheduler in "Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller\Installation" that was would cause the cumulative update to be re-offered if it runs and actually installs something. You can test it to see if that's the case for you by disabling that task right away and then checking for updates to see if your cumulative task is ever re-offered again. Details of how I fixed it are in the 1 specific post I linked earlier.

I delete as many unnecessary languages and keyboards as possible in Delete / Components / Localization. I keep only French and English (GB + US)
In the unattended / OOBE / Windows localization I set all language and keyboard settings to French.
I would like to test your solution but I have not understood how to disable the "Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller\Installation" task in NTLite.
Thanks for your time.

For testing purposes, just install your ISO, then open up task manager in Windows itself as soon as you are logged in for the first time. In task manager, navigate to the path that I quoted earlier and disable the task there manually by right clicking on it and choosing disable. Then, do all of your updates and see if the cumulative update re-appears at all.

If you're done all of the updates available and the cumulative update didn't appear, then it's probably the same thing I experienced. You can confirm it by enabling the task and manually running it. The cumulative update should appear after the task is finished running and installing additional language features.

I disabled "Microsoft\Windows\LanguageComponentsInstaller\Installation". I specify that the task was never launched. I then launched Windows update. The KB4577063 is still proposed in the update list.
The solution seems not to apply here.
Thank you for your help.
