Keep OOBE Compatibility

No, but leave it enabled unless you're comfortable using the Unattended setup feature.

OOBE provides the UI for stepping through default user setup during install, and basic questions like Windows language/locale, timezone, etc. These settings can be done later after Windows installs, but OOBE saves you time repeating each step.

Removing OOBE components won't save you any real space.

Wouldn't removing OOBE make Sysprep crash or don't work correctly ?
I'm asking because sysprep needs to be performed when putting SSD/HDD from old machine into new one with different hardware.

This sysprep doc confirms audit mode can be managed by Unattend or OOBE:

Generalize from Audit Mode

To generalize an image, you have to first boot into Audit Mode. You can boot into Audit Mode using an unattend file or from the Out-Of-Box Experience (OOBE) screen.
....

Generalize using unattend

If you use multiple unattend files during your computer deployment, you can add the following settings to your each of your unattend files so Windows Setup will generalize the PC after processing the unattend file.

I'm talking about when you run Sysprep from CMD/Run just before you take the old SSD/HDD and put it into the new PC.
So, to initialize Sysprep, it can be done via Audit Mode and unattend even when OOBE is removed ?
