License Renewal Question

• I have my product number (x-x-x-x)
• I don't have access to the email address of that license (can't login)

Are they gonna send renewed lincense to my old email or can I provide a new email when I try to renew?
There is no information about that on the first payment page and it doesnt ask for any email address on the first payment page.

You can purchase a renewal from any account/email you want.
Just have the previous license activated in the tool, then activate renewal on top of it to replace it.

What if I need to activate offline with new lincence again? Will I have to do the same "first use old license and then new license on top of it"?

The old code gets disabled when renewed. The renewal code becomes the only one needed, it basically replaces it.
