MS Edge not syncing with Office 365

I build a Windows 11 image with some application including Office.

Everything works great, I Cconnect the device to Azure and open outlook and the office applications without any issue.

The only thing is that when I open MS Edge the profile sync does not work.

Has anyone a idea what is going wrong?

What components have you removed? Please attach your preset, after removing any user passwords or license key.

I am the friend / colleague of Flyer266. I am uploading the preset here. There is no keys in the preset except the generic Windows 11 / 10 key.

I don't see any obvious problems in the preset. Check your local registry if Edge Sync has been disabled through your domain policies.

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\ here Edge didnt exist. So I imported from my PC to see what the results can be but no result unfortunately. I also compare the edge://sync-internals/ between my pc and the image we created with NT-Lite. See please attache image file.

Disable Reasons lists "Feature not supported", and usually that's from a policy setting. The only other explanation I see online is if your tenant plan doesn't have Edge Sync as a paid feature. Have you gotten a different result for a non-modded image?

Thank you so much for your input so far. We do appericiate it.
Indeed it was a license issue. Although this is a paid account (Exchane Online Plan 1 + MS 365 Apps for Enterprise) it doesnt have this functionality.

One would think it is only syncing your browser settings across devices . The issue is resolved by testing with my account (MS 365 Standard) and the image. Anyway thanks again.
