My license ran out a little over a year ago now and I can't change basically anything anymore?

The shop says that the license includes all *current* features, yet basically everything is marked blue, and not just "new features"?
 
While license will work as it always did, even on the latest versions of the tool, features added after the expiration date will be limited until renewed (for example latest Win10 support for premium features).
