My license was lost! Help!

Hello NTLite Staff Member.Hello Dino Nuhagic.I am AngelaEnder. I am a Chinese.June 29,2022 at 10:27p.m. I purchased a Home Edition license at an NTLite authorized store in China.And I activated on my friend's computer, but it wasn't until December 11, 2022 that I realized that I accidentally activated on my friend's computer, and now my friend blocked me.Now,I think I'm silly.I should NOT ACTIVATE on my friend's computer.
I hope Dino Nuhagic recover my license.

Tips:All the pictures, the evidence is Chinese Simplified.

Did you get the images too? i was concerned that there may have been personal information in the attached images, if you have got them all i'll remove them from here just incase.
Same thinking here as well, already removed the images in this post for privacy reasons.

Yes, those were sent in the email as well.
