New DCH/UWP drivers

Is it possibile to integrate the new style drivers introduced with 1809/1903?
I've seen Intel and Nvidia drivers of this kind.

Yes, will check if anything special is required, for example Intel recommends to run it as an installer, that means Post-setup page with an appropriate switch.
Nvidia one did not even want to install on my system, one explanation says that OEMs are supposed to provide DCH driver, not to be installed on a "standard" system.

In other words, if you see that it requires special handling, and it works when installed manually after install, let me know and I'll take a look.
